Judging Criteria

1. Problem Clarity (30% weight)

Definition: A problem statement articulates a human pain point backed by evidence, not a feature request or business goal.

Four-part structure to evaluate:

1. One-liner problem statement: Clearly describe the core pain or gap experienced by the user
2. Why it matters: Explain why this issue is important or frustrating for the target audience
