Idea Summary

Creators today juggle posting content, brand deals, side hustles, and school or work all at once. Existing tools present large amounts of data in separate platforms through complex dashboards, leading to confusion and mistranslation of insights into concrete actions which leads to missed opportunities for growth and income.

Creator Command Center is an AI-assisted Notion workspace that brings analytics, content planning, brand deals, and income tracking into one place. Using Notion Agents and MCP, it looks at past performance to summarise analytics, spot trends, and provide clear, actionable suggestions on what content to post, when to post it, and which outreach strategies to pursue, helping creators make better decisions in starting or growing their social media journey.

Proposed Solution

Below are how our features are grouped into 2 main functions:

  1. Content Manager

    1. Uses AI to analyse recent performance and current content trends based on the demographics and behaviour of creators with similar target audiences, in order to recommend relevant content ideas and optimal posting windows.
    2. Includes a “This Month’s Current Posting Plan”, where creators manually input their planned posts. This schedule is taken into account by the AI when generating recommendations, ensuring suggestions align with existing commitments and creator availability.
  2. Income Manager

    1. At the top of this section, Creators set a monthly revenue target, which is used as a clear goal and reference point for the rest of the dashboard. Instead of tracking income across multiple platforms, Creators can set one clear monthly revenue goal which reduces confusion and provides them a concrete financial direction.

    2. “December at a Glance” provides a quick overview of how the month is going and highlights key outcomes and progress toward the revenue target, helping Creators understand immediately how they are performing.

    3. “December Analytics” section is divided into 3 different analysis:

      1. Revenue Generated Graph (Progress vs Goal)

This cumulative revenue graph shows how income builds throughout the month, towards the set goal.

      2. Revenue Source Breakdown Chart

This centralised revenue source chart groups income from Instagram, TikTok, cross-platform campaigns, and other sources in one place. This solves the problem of divided data across platforms and makes it easier to identify which platforms are contributing most to the Creators income growth.

      3. Monthly Revenue Trend Graph

This monthly revenue trend graph highlights pattern over time, such as seasonal peaks or slow periods. This helps Creators understand when income typically peaks or dips, supporting better planning for content strategy and brand collaborations. ‘

    4. Creators are able to expand the “More details” section to view a short interpretation that explains what the data for each chart means. This reduces confusion and helps Creators understand their performance without needing to manually analyse numbers.

    5. Each chart is also paired with actionable AI insights. AI-generated suggestions translate performance patterns into clear actions, such as prioritising cross-platform deals or experimenting during slower months. This helps Creators turn insights into concrete decisions.

    6. “Collaborations” section manages brand partnerships with deal tracking, performance insights, and pricing.

      1. The Brand section keeps track of all current brand collaborations. By centralising this information, Creators avoid losing track of deals, deadlines, and payments. Each collaboration page includes: company information, collaboration details, deliverables, and payment with AI summarising key requirements.

      2. The Performance section monitors average views and engagement rates per platform.

      3. The Rate Card section manages both current rates and AI-suggested rates. The current rate card reflects the Creators current pricing. Meanwhile, the suggested AI rate card analyses recent performance metrics, platform benchmarks, and the Creators revenue targets to recommend adjusted rates. By factoring income goals, the AI helps optimise pricing to reach target income.

Impact

We expect creators to spend less time jumping between tools and more time actually creating — for example, having one AI-assisted workspace could cut their “ops/admin” time by ~30% and help them post more consistently across platforms. By unifying analytics, brand deals, and ideas into one Notion page (and having an agent turn that into concrete plans and tasks), our idea helps solo creators and small teams make clearer, data-driven decisions, avoid missed deadlines, and collaborate around a shared, always-up-to-date source of truth for their content.
